DISCUSSION OF CHANGES TO THE TENDER METHODOLOGY

Dear colleagues!

We would like to inform you that the State Road Agency of Ukraine invites everyone to a public discussion of the feasibility of changes to the Methodology of procurements features in the area of road facilities. It will be held on 14.09.2021 at 11:00 in Zoom Video Communications format.

As you know, the Ministry of Economic Development by its order No. 1572 dated 17.08.2020 approved Guidelines for the methodology of the procurement features in the area of road facilities. They have established unified “Rules of the Game” in the road market.

Since the approval and introduction of this Methodology, the practice has been developed and identified problem issues that can be solved by making changes.

We invite all participants who will take part in the discussion, to express their proposals for changes in the Methodology and share the practice of its introduction.
