NEW VERSION OF “CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES: ESTIMATE 8” SOFTWARE

Dear users of “Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8” Software Complex!

A new version of “Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE – 8” Software Complex is issued on October 12, 2020.

1. “Comparative analysis of the road works cost” analytical report is implemented (the corresponding command is available in “Structures” tab, “Reports” icon).

The report is generated for all structures, where “Active” was set or for the current structure. To generate a report for all existing structures located in the folder, on the “Structures” tab, in the left side of the window, select the folder, click the “Reports” icon and select the menu command “Comparative analysis of the road works cost”.

The software includes in the report all of approved contracts and Acts of works acceptance performed for all period of construction or for the specified period, depending on the settings selected by the user (see. Fig. 1).

The report is generated by the software in MS Excel file in the form of table which shows the components of the road works cost (materials, salary, ЕММ (energy lubricants), ЗВВ, (total ependitures), etc.), which are grouped by type of road works: new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, current repairs and operational maintenance. In this case, the selection by type of road works is performed automatically by the software depending on the type of work set in “Settings of estimate documentation” window (see Fig. 2).

“Comparative analysis of the road works cost” report is available in the Professional and Corporate versions of the software, for the Basic version the connection with “Analytics” module is needed https://smeta.ua/ua/price.html #analitics .

2. “Consolidated statement of work performed on the structures” analytical report generating possibility in Russian is implemented (by default, the report is to be generated in Ukrainian).
