On April 6, 2023, the team of the State Enterprise “DerzhdorNDI” conducted a specialized training seminar for cost estimation specialists of the asset holder of local public roads in Khmelnytskyi.

During the training, the Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services were presented, along with practical experience in applying the international CESMM4 measurement system for coding works and preparing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

The overall conclusion of the event is clear – cost estimation specialists positively assess the innovations in pricing and are ready to adapt to them.

We will continue to share experience and enhance the qualifications of specialists in every city, community, and region, as their knowledge is essential for the implementation of infrastructure recovery projects.
