SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL COUNCIL

Today the Scientific and Technical Council meeting had been held in the auditorium of the Institute, where the results of scientific and research works commissioned by Ukravtodor and the results of foreign business trips of the Institute's employees were considered.

The results of the researches of Bridge State Management Department specialists regarding improvement of models of evaluation and forecasting of bridges operating resource were presented. The research is devoted to the theoretical provisions of newest model development for expert evaluation and forecasting of bridges technical condition at the object and network levels in accordance with the national standard guideline for evaluation and forecasting of road bridges technical condition.

Representatives of «Uniprom» LLC presented researches and methodological recommendations on vibration resonant destruction of cement concrete pavements, in which «DerzhdorNDI» SE was a subcontractor and executed part of work. The results of the work apply to the vibration resonant technology of cement concrete pavements destruction and used in overhaul and reconstruction of highways, airfields, road areas and other objects with concrete pavement.

A delegation of our experts presented the results of the business trip to Danang (Vietnam) from the Third International Conference on Transport Infrastructure and Sustainable Development TISDIC 2019

Larysa Bodnar, Head of Bridge State Management Department of «DerzhdorNDI» SE presented the results of personal participation in "RISK-Based Bridge Engineering" 10th New York City Bridge Conference.

Yulia Bibyk, Head of the Department of Economic Research and Determination of Cost of Road Works of DerzhdorNDI SE presented the results of the business trip to "Development of  Construction Industry of Turkmenistan" conference.

The participation of scientists in international conferences is an excellent way of their professional competence improving, and for the institute - to identify new areas of cooperation and strengthen the state scientific center at the international level.
