The Scientific and Technical Council of the SE "NIDI" is a collegial advisory authority for managing of scientific and scientific-technical activities of the institute and had been established with the aim of considering scientific recommendations and proposals on scientific, technical, research, normative, methodological and information support for the design, construction and operation of transport facilities, including roads, bridges and overpasses.
The Scientific and Technical Council of the SE "NIDI" operates basing on the main principles defined by Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Scientific and Research and Technical Activities".
The Scientific and Technical Council of the SE "NIDI" conducts its work basing on the principles of collegiality in the form of collective discussion, exchange of opinions and business critique, scientific agreement and the use of advanced achievements of science and technology in decision-making.
