COUNCIL FOR DETERMINING THE CONSEQUENCES (LIABILITY) CLASS OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS

Today, within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Ukravtodor and the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, had been discussed the methodological approaches for determining of consequences class for public roads in the draft state standard DSTU XXXX: 201X “Guidelines for determining the consequences (liability) class of road construction objects” developed by “DerzhdorNDI” SE.

The consequences class proposed to be determined not on the basis of only one characteristic of "termination of objects operation" as stipulated by DBN B.1.2-14: 2018 and DSTU 8855: 2019, but to determine it depending on calculated perspective traffic intensity of vehicles on the highway (vehicle per day).

Remind that the consequences class is an important characteristic that uses for determining the needs in permission procedures, the design stages, the appointment of expertise, etc.
