NATIONAL STANDARDS

Dear colleagues, we would like to inform you that from December 1, 2020, the following national standards developed by “DerzhdorNDI” SE will come into force:
• DSTU EN 12847: 2020 (EN 12847: 2009, IDT) - Bitumen and bituminous binders. Determination of the tendency of bitumen emulsions to disintegration - developed for the first time;
• DSTU EN 12848: 2020 (EN 12848: 2009, IDT) - Bitumen and bituminous binders. Determination of the stability of bitumen emulsions during mixing with cement - developed for the first time;
• DSTU EN 12849: 2020 (EN 12849: 2009, IDT) - Bitumen and bituminous binders. Determination of the penetration capability of bitumen emulsions - developed for the first time;
• DSTU EN 12850: 2020 (EN 12850: 2009, IDT) - Bitumen and bituminous binders. Determination of pH of bitumen emulsions - developed for the first time.

The standards are updated in accordance with the order of the State Enterprise "UkrNDNTs" dated 19.08.2020 № 191, which can be found below.
