YOUTH — DRIVERS OF CHANGE

The team of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Development Infrastructure" continues to support young scientists, creating a space for professional dialogue, exchange of ideas, and the search for modern solutions for Ukraine’s recovery.

Today, on the eve of Ukraine’s Science Day, with the active support of the "Council of Young Scientists of NIDI", the Fifth All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference of Young Scientists “Youth — Drivers of Change in Ukraine’s Recovery” took place.

Despite a difficult night and yet another wave of attacks, the Conference was held — a powerful testament to the resilience of Ukraine’s scientific community, the strength of youth, and our shared determination to work for the recovery of Ukraine.

This year, the Conference brought together more than 100 participants, with 16 young speakers presenting their research in the fields of innovative construction, transport infrastructure operation, intelligent monitoring, digital technologies, road safety, inclusivity, and modern engineering solutions.

Following the traditional audience vote, with over 80 participants taking part, the winner was Dmytro Shandyba from Mostobudivelnyi Zahin 112, with his presentation “Practice of Building Temporary Span Structures of the Metro Bridge across the Dnipro River in Kyiv.”

We are proud of the young scientists and professionals who, even under the most challenging conditions, continue to advance Ukrainian engineering thought and shape solutions for the recovery and development of Ukraine’s infrastructure.

Youth are not only the future of science. They are already today’s drivers of change.
