Considering the latest innovations in the pricing system in the road industry, “DerzhdorNDI” SE team is taking all measures to accelerate the practical application by all participants of the investment process of the CESMM international measurement system, which is transparent and understandable for potential donors and international companies.
In particular: we were the first who purchased a licensed version of CESMM and distribute it among enterprises and organizations of Ukravtodor (now the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine)
We actively participated in the technical translation of the 4th edition of the standard method of measurement in civil construction CESMM4, which, by the way, covers not only road construction, but also civil construction.
We started to conduct trainings for industry specialists on the features of compiling the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) using the international measurement system CESMM.
