ATTENTION, the last day of registration!

We invite everyone on July 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to an open discussion in Zoom Online of key stakeholder proposals for the Draft Methodology for determination of construction, reconstruction, repairing and maintenance of public roads cost.

Experts in the estimation of road services in the regions, regional state administrations, local road agencies, contracting organizations, designers, experts and the public will be able to professionally discuss the main provisions of the Draft Methodology in the OpenTalk format.

Our aim is to develop a document that will consider the balance of interests between the customers, designers and contractors. Each participant will be able to vote in an interactive polling on stakeholders proposals discussion.

We would like to remind you that the Methodology for determination of the road works and services cost had been elaborated in the development of the Rules for determining the construction, reconstruction, repairing and maintenance of public roads cost, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 273 dated 05.02.2022. The set of these documents had been developed in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 1881-IX dated 11.16. 2021 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Transfer of Powers for Regulation of Pricing in the Construction of Public Roads”.
