Cost estimating and pricing in the road sector
On 17–18.05.2017, a scientific and practical seminar “Cost estimating and pricing in the road sector” was held in Vinnytsia.
The seminar was opened by the Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Vasyl Brovarnyk, the Head of the Road Service in Vinnytsia Region, Igor Korolchuk, the Head of the Innovation Development Department of Ukravtodor, Anatolii Tsynka, and the Director of SE “Vinnytsia Oblavtodor”, Igor Shapoval.
During the seminar, a number of issues were considered:
- a new procedure for calculating estimated wages;
- changes that would come into force following the Law of Ukraine dated 17.01.2017 No. 1817-VIII “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve Urban Development Activities”, effective from 10 June 2017;
- the procedure for determining the cost of services of an independent engineer-consultant, whose use is provided for by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1065 of 28.12.2016 “On Approval of Requirements for Quality Control of Works on New Construction, Reconstruction, and Repair of Public Roads”.
Lectures were delivered by specialists from Ukravtodor, SE “DerzhdorNDI”, SE “Ukrderzhbudekspertyza”, NIIBV, NIIBK, representatives of the Technical Committee for Standardization “Pricing and Cost Estimation in Construction”, and others.
