Cost estimating and pricing in the road sector
On 22 September 2020, a scientific and practical seminar “Cost estimating and pricing in the road sector” was held via Zoom.
Today, the team of SE “DerzhdorNDI” set a new internal record for webinar duration and held another event – the scientific and practical seminar “Cost estimating and pricing in the road sector”, which lasted more than 9 hours and gathered 300 participants from all over Ukraine.
A wide range of pricing issues was addressed, the most important of which included:
- formation of material prices at all stages of the investment process;
- specifics of determining the cost of independent technical supervision services;
- procedure for developing, approving, and reviewing design documentation;
- procedures for documenting additional works, etc.
We hope that in the near future the pricing system will be updated based on the concept proposed by our team, taking into account the best international practices.
