In this complicated time, "DerzhdorNDI" SE specialists continue to work actively on improving the qualifications of specialists in the road industry and take an active part "Prospects for the development of road transport and infrastructure: challenges of wartime"- International scientific and practical conference.

Today, during the opening of the event, Artem Bezuglyi , Director of "DerzhdorNDI" SE told his colleagues about the role of the Institute in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of road infrastructure.

In the conditions of war, the Institute’s team continues an active work over:

• examination of damaged transport facilities, 38 transport facilities were inspected in Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Sumy and Mykolaiv regions during the war period;

• updating of state construction norms and national standards, including harmonization of European ones;

• providing scientific and practical recommendations regarding further operation of damaged road objects that need to recover;

• researching of alternative deicing materials under conditions of technical salt deficiency;

• reforming of pricing system not only in the road, but also in the construction industry;

• consideration of key project decisions regarding the reconstruction and recovering of road infrastructure on Section 5 of Scientific and Technical Council;

• professional development and professional certification of specialists as part of our events, which held as online also by personal participation.
