One of the key speakers is Artem Bezuglyi, Director of the State Enterprise “National Institute for Infrastructure Development,” Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor. He will highlight current issues in determining the cost of construction projects (including bridges), taking into account the provisions of Resolution No. 1512 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 19, 2025, “Some Features of Determining the Cost of Construction under Martial Law.”
