PERSONNEL CHANGES

Mykhailo Ihnatovych Som is completing his work today at his own request as the Deputy Director of “DerzhdorNDI” SE. 

M. Som started work in the Institute at 1973, where he held various positions from engineer to Deputy Director. For more than 12 years he occupied the position of Deputy Director, coordinating economic issues of the Institute. He is a very authoritative person in the industry and has Ukravtodor Badges of Honor “DerzhdorNDI” SE awards.

We truly thank Mykhailo Ihnatovych for his professionalism, responsibility and dedication to his work. We will always appreciate his contribution to the development of the Institute and we will be grateful for the years of joint effective work!

On June 21, 2022, Bohdan Oleksandrovych Stasiuk, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, was appointed Deputy Director. Bohdan Stasiuk has been working in our team since 2010 and has held the positions of planning technician, economist, junior researcher, researcher, head of the department of scientific and organizational work, communications and internal control and head of the Scientific and Methodological Training Center. B. Stasiuk enjoys the authority and respect of the company's staff, which was recently confirmed by his re-election as Chairman of the Trade Union for a second term.

Among the main functions of Bohdan Stasiuk will be the following:

 

- development of draft regulations on the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of public roads, including regulations, orders, state targeted development programs, etc .;

- interaction with state and local authorities, local governments, enterprises and organizations, the media;

- introduction of innovations in management and development of the enterprise, formation of its perspective directions of development;

- internal control over the implementation of employees' tasks and instructions of the director;

- logistical and economic support of the enterprise;

- work process of the enterprise;

- communication and interaction with the media, public sector;

- preparing and holding of scientific, scientific-technical and other public events of the enterprise;

- increasing the level of professional competence of road specialists and specialists of the Institute, etc.
