EXPERT COUNCIL
The State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, based on the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development," plans to establish Expert Councils in the following areas:

Construction of water supply, sewage, and wastewater treatment systems and networks;

Restoration and development of road infrastructure;
-
Restoration and development of energy infrastructure facilities, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and energy conservation;
-
Restoration and development of residential buildings, social, and transport infrastructure;
-
Digital development, digital transformation, and digitalization.
These Expert Councils will review project and technical solutions for infrastructure restoration and development, develop proposals for building codes and regulatory documents, criteria for selecting projects for funding, etc.
The core principles of the Expert Council’s work include impartiality, professionalism, openness, transparency, equality, and independence.
Members of the Expert Council may include representatives of:

central executive authorities;
-
project owners and sectoral associations;
-
design organizations;
-
research institutions;
-
experts with relevant education and professional experience;
-
the public.
