ROAD SAFETY
Specialists of DerzhdorNDI SE together with representatives of the Road Service and the National Police in the Kyiv region have carried out a survey of emergency sections and black spots on the roads of the region.
During the survey, a tendency to increase the number of road accidents in places of oncoming traffic turnaround was noted.
That is why our specialists have recommended to arrange road junctions in two levels on the roads with an intensity of more than 20 thousand cars / day.
It was also recommended to pay special attention to such measures to improve traffic safety:
- construction of pedestrian crossings with contrast lighting and the use of resistant marking materials;
- the use of road signs with increased levels of visibility.
Timely implementation of designed activities in emergency sections and black spots will ensure a reduction in the level of traffic accidents and the preservation of life and health of all road users.
