TRAFFIC SAFETY

“DerzhdorNDI” SE specialists developed the first draft edition of DSTU XXXX : 20ХХ “Traffic safety. Roads. Determination of black spots”.

In the developed draft edition of DSTU the method of determination of black spots is proposed on:

  • public roads;
  • streets and roads of settlements.

This draft DSTU is being developed for implementation instead of SOU 45.2-00018112-007: 2008 “Traffic safety. Public roads. The procedure of determination of black spots on public roads”.

The final result of DSTU implementation is:

1. improving the traffic safety level on the roads ;

2. justified planning of measures to prevent traffic accidents on public roads;

3. justified planning of measures to prevent traffic accidents on the settlements road network;

4. improving the regulatory base regarding traffic safety.
