ANTI-STRATEGIC SESSION

On January 24, a strategic session titled "Empathy or Strength: Anti-Strategic Session" was held for the management team of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development".

During the event, we defined the core values of SE "NIRI", outlined the required qualities and professional competencies of employees, and shaped the organizational profile. Additionally, we identified key areas for the development of our enterprise, set priorities, and outlined strategies to achieve our goals.

We extend our gratitude to the incredible HR Director of the Restoration Agency, Bohdana Yaremchuk, for her mentorship and event organization, as well as to business trainer Nataliia Rudkevych for her professionalism and creativity in conducting the strategic session.

In these extremely challenging conditions, it is crucial to preserve the Institute's strong scientific potential, organize work at a qualitatively new level, and unite the team’s efforts for the effective restoration and development of infrastructure.
