The State Enterprise “National Institute for Infrastructure Development” invites all interested participants to the 5th All-Ukrainian Conference of Young Scientists “YOUTH – DRIVERS OF CHANGE IN THE RECOVERY OF UKRAINE”, which will be held with the support of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.

Deadlines:
Speakers – until May 11, 2026;
Participants – until May 13, 2026.
Date: May 14, 2026
Location: offline in Kyiv and online via Zoom.
Conference topics:
Regulatory and legal support of the construction industry;
Modern materials and technologies for infrastructure restoration;
Improving road safety;
Economic research in the construction industry;
Digitalization and strategic planning;
Current issues of inclusiveness in modern road and bridge infrastructure;
Ecology and waste management.
Participants will receive the Conference materials and listen to interesting presentations, while speakers will have the opportunity to present their developments to a wide audience and test their scientific results.
Only young scientists may be speakers at the Conference. According to the Law of Ukraine, these are scientists under the age of 35 inclusive who have higher education of at least the second (Master’s) level, or scientists under the age of 40 inclusive who hold a Doctor of Sciences degree.

Requirements for abstract formatting are specified in the registration form and предусматривают an approximate length of 5,000 to 6,000 characters including spaces.
The Conference abstracts are planned to be published in a separate collection with a DOI digital identifier assigned. Submission of abstracts is a mandatory condition for participation in the Conference as a speaker.
