TOPICAL ISSUES OF RECOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURES: LEGAL FRAMEWORK, PRICING AND PROCUREMENT

The State Agency for the Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine, together with "DerzhdorNDI" SE, invite you to Scientific and Practical Seminar "TOPICAL ISSUES OF RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE: REGULATORY FRAMEWORK, PRICING AND PROCUREMENT"!

The seminar will be held on December 19-22, 2023 in two formats - in person in the city of  Ivano-Frankivsk and remotely (using the Zoom platform).

The main topics of the event:

- Peculiarities of pricing in civil construction;

- Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works;

- Regulatory and legal support of urban development activities;

- Innovations in building codes and regulations;

- Digitalization in construction and implementation of BIM technologies;

- Implementation of design-build contracts;

- Peculiarities of public procurement, etc.

The Seminar is open to:

- Heads and/or Deputy Heads of the Restoration and Infrastructure Development Services in the regions;

- responsible specialists in legal, estimates and procurement issues of the Recovery Services;

- specialists of regional state administrations and state-owned enterprises;

- specialists of regional state administrations and state enterprises - balance holders of public roads of local importance;

- specialists of the subsidiaries of JSC "SJSC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine" and other interested institutions and enterprises.

The tentative schedule of the Seminar::

- December 19 and 20, from 10:00 to 17:00 - plenary session for all registered participants (available in person or remotely);

- December 21, from 10:00 to 17:00 - working on practical cases in three separate thematic sections in the areas of Pricing, Procurement and Legal aspects (available only in person);

- December 22, from 10:00 to 13:00 - development of proposals for solving problematic issues and summarizing the results of the event (in-person only).
