DerzhdorNDI SE is the main research institution of Ukraine on construction, repair and maintenance of highways and transport facilities.
The scope of scientific and technical activities of the DerzhdorNDI SE covers the whole range of issues on the functioning and development of the road economy of Ukraine, from the development of theoretical foundations, experimental laboratory and field studies to the implementation of the results of work into practice of road and bridge construction, maintenance, inspection, repair and reconstruction followed by the development of the regulations and guidelines. Considerable attention is paid to ecology, traffic safety, pricing, economy, energy saving issues.
