TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CERTIFIED PRODUCTS

In accordance with the Regulations on Certification, it is needed to carry out technical support for certified products manufacturing. The technical support for certified products - paint for horizontal road marking was carried out by specialist of the "DerzhdorNDI" SE in the “Private Enterprise "ZIP" (Kamianske) and LLC "Kapitel LKM" (Dnipro).

During the technical support, the following works were carried out:

  • checking the regulations state and the system of making changes to the documentation;
  • checking the input control system;
  • checking the system of control and testing of technological parameters during manufacturing and finished products;
  • checking the compliance with the requirements of the technological processes that may impact on the indicators confirmed during the certification;
  • checking the state of the metrological support of production;
  • controlling the implementation of the corrective measures;
  • claims and complaints analysis;
  • checking the certified products marking, packaging and storage;
  • checking the fulfillment of the terms of license agreement;
  • checking the compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements at the enterprise;
  • paint samples selection;
  • registration of acts of the selection.

According to the results of the technical support, the report with all result of inspection and conclusions on the compliance with the certification requirements is drawn up after carrying out the control tests.
