On April 2, Artem Bezuglyi, Director of “DerzhdorNDI” SE took part in “Big Construction of Roads: the challenges of the pandemic and corruption” public discussion.
Over the past year we introduced the use of new materials and technologies, update more than 300 construction norms and standards, including the introduction of European standards for road marking and modern navigation.
But the biggest victory of 2020 is the normalization of tender bidding requirements. Today, the unified clear qualification criteria had been introduced for all, after which the participants compete in the future giving the best price for the project.
