RELAUNCH OF TC 307

The Technical Committee for Standardization 307 “Highways and Transport Facilities” is starting its work with a renewed membership!

On July 31, 2025, the inaugural organizational meeting of TC 307 “Highways and Transport Facilities” (TC 307) was held. The key purpose of the meeting was to align the committee’s activities with the requirements of the new national standard DSTU 1.14:2024 “National Standardization. Procedures for establishing, operating, and terminating technical committees for standardization.”

The work of the renewed TC 307 is critically important for the successful implementation of Ukraine’s infrastructure recovery program.

The goal of TC 307 is to develop modern national standards, including those identical to European regulatory documents, ensuring the quality, durability, and safety of our highways.

Following the meeting:

  • The updated composition of TC 307 was formed and approved, comprising 18 collective and 6 individual members;

  • Balanced representation of all stakeholders was ensured: government authorities, state enterprises, educational institutions, and a broad range of private businesses;

  • Candidates for the governing body were elected, and key founding documents (Regulations, scope of activities, and structure of TC) were approved for submission to the national standardization body.

The secretariat of TC 307, whose functions are assigned to SE “NIDI”, is ready for productive cooperation with all stakeholders. We welcome proposals at tk307@nidi.org.ua or nauka@nidi.org.ua.
