Updating of "Construction Technologies ESTIMATE 8" software

Dear users of the software "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATES 8"!

A new version of the software "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATES 8".

1. Prices for the operation of road machines as of February 2024 have been added to the estimated regulatory framework.

2. Printing of estimate documentation without a date has been implemented. To do this, in the "Settings" window, on the "Prices" tab, click "Select date" and check the "No date" checkbox, Fig. 1. As a result, the program does not print the phrase "Compiled at current prices as of ..."

3. The Contract Price (Annex 31 to the Guidelines) was printed in UAH thousand.

4. In connection with the extension of martial law, the average monthly working hours for a 40-hour working week from 02/14/2024 is 170.25 man-hours per month.

5. The report "List of main material resources" (Annex No. 8 to the Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services) has been improved.

6. An error that occurred when searching in the user regulatory base was fixed.

7. Changes were made to some items of the estimated normative base.

8. The loading of information on estimated norms in the estimated normative base has been accelerated.

9. Current prices for the 4th quarter of 2023.

10. The "Estimated calculation" option has been added to the local estimate print settings.

11. Improved search in the regulatory framework and fixed a search error when replacing a resource.

12. Improved output of the estimate documentation to the IBD-6 format file.
