CONFERENCE ON INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. Day I

Today, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Technical Inspection of Buildings and Structures with the Use of Advanced Methods. Non-Destructive Testing in Construction", organized by the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine and "DerzhdorNDI" SE.

Leading scientists from research institutes and universities, suppliers of innovative products joined forces to present innovations and their own experience in the inspection of buildings and structures for various purposes.

The main topics of the event:
- legislative and regulatory support for the process of inspection of buildings and structures;
- practical experience in the technical inspection of buildings and structures that were damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities;
- methods of modern diagnostics of damaged infrastructure structures, including non-destructive testing;
- modern technical means and equipment for inspection of damaged buildings and structures;
- expediency of scientific and technical support of road works in wartime.

The issue of inspecting buildings and structures has become especially important during the war. After all, surveyors are among the first to record the consequences of objects damaged as a result of Russian armed aggression and subsequently decide on the possibility of further operation of the object and develop appropriate restoration measures.
