Independence Day of Ukraine

Today, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, the leadership of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Development Infrastructure" gathered for a ceremonial meeting, combining the festive occasion with a discussion about our work and future.

Key production issues and strategic directions of the Institute’s development were discussed. At the center of attention was the development of human capital, as a strong team is the foundation of a sustainable and successful institution.

Professional growth and new competencies, fair motivation and social support, recruitment of new specialists, retention of experienced staff, and the creation of opportunities for career advancement — these are the areas we must focus on.

Independence is not only the freedom to choose our path. Above all, it is the responsibility of each of us for our work, our decisions, and our shared results.
