Topical issues of infrastructure restoration and development: legal framework, pricing and procurement

Dear colleagues, we would like to remind you that registration for the Scientific and Practical Seminar "TOPICAL ISSUES OF INFRASTRUCTURE RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT: Regulatory Framework, Pricing and Procurement", organized by the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development of Ukraine, jointly with "DerzhdorNDI" SE, is open and will be held on January 16-19, 2024.

The main topics of the event are:
- Peculiarities of pricing in civil construction;
- Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works;
- regulatory and legal support of urban planning activities;
- innovations in building codes and regulations;
- digitalization in construction and implementation of BIM technologies;
- implementation of design-build contracts;
- peculiarities of public procurement, etc.

The following are invited to participate in the Workshop
- Heads and/or Deputy Heads of Infrastructure Restoration and Development Services in the regions;
- responsible specialists in legal, cost estimates and procurement issues of the Recovery Services;
- specialists of regional state administrations and state enterprises - balance holders of public roads of local importance;
- specialists of subsidiaries of JSC "SJSC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine" and other interested institutions and enterprises.
